Feminist Therapy

Feminist Therapy is for everyone. Feminist therapy is evidence-based and focuses on informed consent, options, feedback, and systemic factors. Our team uses a trauma-focused and client-centred framework so that you can choose your own path.

At Wildwood, you have autonomy and choice. We offer anti-oppressive counselling methods to draw on your personal strengths and wisdom, so that you can build confidence to heal and grow together and beyond your time with us.

Let us help you choose your therapist or meet your counsellor of choice by clicking the button below.
