Hi there! I'm so happy you're here.

With gratitude and respect, I acknowledge that I am a settler living in Lake Country, on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Syilx Okanagan people.

I am dedicated to creating a warm, judgment-free space where you can just be yourself. Understanding your identities within the context of your life is important to me and I come with my own understanding of geek culture, the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, and theatre. By exploring the unique intersections of your identities, I want to help you to find even more joy and meaning in your life while navigating life's challenges.

My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, neurodivergent-informed, and integrative. As someone with lived experience of ADHD and chronic health challenges, I bring deep empathy to those living with invisible struggles and I also have a special heart for families who are navigating video game addiction with their youth. I’ve also supported tweens, teens, and adults navigating:

  • Addiction

  • Depressive symptoms

  • Anxiety and panic

  • ADHD

  • Autistic experiences

  • Chronic health conditions

  • Gender identity

  • Relationships and

  • Grief.

I hold a bachelor’s degree from UBC Okanagan and a master’s degree from the University of Lethbridge. I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), and my services are eligible for insurance plans that cover mental health counselling.

Outside of counselling, I’m an avid reader, painter, runner, and volleyball player. I also enjoy all things fantasy and sci-fi and can often be found trying out a new game, or playing in a Dungeons and Dragons campaign. I will never miss an opportunity to geek out with anyone who shares these interests!

My CCPA registration is CCC #11249309
