Sessions fees are $155 per 50-minute session when I am registered, likely in fall 2025. Until then, services aren’t covered by insurance.

Hi! I’m a settler here in Victoria on the unceded lands of the Lekwungen (Songhees & Esquimalt) peoples. I’m a recent graduate from the University of Victoria where I completed a Masters in Counselling Psychology. I can provide virtual sessions under the supervision of our clinical director and trainer, Anja Hess, RCC #18489.

I’m here to provide a supportive presence for whatever you’re going through. I use a person-centered approach, which means that I believe you are the expert in your own life and experiences. I draw on interventions from various modalities such as acceptance and commitment therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy (ERP).
