I received my masters in counselling from the University of Victoria and I work with mature youth, adults, seniors, and elders. I offer a compassion-focused and somatic (body-based) approach based in attachment when supporting folks with any of the following:
Trauma including Childhood Trauma
Bereavement and Complicated Grief
Parenting
Mind-body connection
Substance Use & Addiction
Relationships
Job-Related Trauma and Vicarious Trauma
2SLGBTQIA+ Experiences
Gender-Affirming Medical Care

Family Violence
Thoughts About Suicide
Identity & Self Worth
I spend lots of time with my partner and my cat, Biscuit. I enjoy hiking, camping, walking, and basically spending time outdoors, but I also like curling up with a cup of tea.
