Hi! I am currently living, playing, and working on the ancestral territory of the K'ómoks First Nation. I received my masters in counselling from the University of Victoria and I offer feminist therapy to mature youth, adults, seniors, and elders. I enjoy teaching and offer consulting to other health professionals who want support in my areas of expertise. I offer a compassion-focused, relational, and Somatic Attachment Therapy (body-based) approach when supporting folks with any of the following:

I spend lots of time with my partner and my cat, Biscuit. I enjoy hiking, camping, walking, and basically spending time outdoors, but I also like curling up with a cup of tea.
